ABOUT ME

I am a graduate of the University of Wisconsin - Stout with a B.F.A. in Graphic Design. I worked at Target Corporate for 10+ years, around 7 years of which, I worked in the Target Creative inhouse studio as a Production Designer. From there, I ventured out into the Agency world and worked as a Production & Graphic Designer at a small branding agency in Northeast Minneapolis. Followed by freelancing at numerous agencies in the Minneapolis area, settled into Olson for close to 5 years and landed at Haberman in 2020.

In my short stint at my first agency, I acted as the lead designer for a brewery account along side my creative director, designing numerous logos, brochures, posters, billboards and ads. In addition to my production design responsibilities for their medical and financial clients, I honed my Photoshop skills in medical device and beer photo retouching and compositing.

At Olson, I was responsible for designing digital and print layouts, upholding brand standards/guidelines, managing copy writing rules/standards and maintaining assets for a large 1to1 client.

Most recently at Haberman I was the main designer on the content team, churning out all of their client's social layout and asset needs. In addition to design, color correcting/photo retouching, I edited content social reels as well as created graphic animations (this is my latest passion). In addition to being part of the content team, I was the lead Production Designer on all the agency's clients. I not only carried out the traditional production tasks for print and digital, but also designed and animated many assets on large brand campaigns.

In addition to design, I am also an abstract painter. I create commissioned paintings, murals, perform live paintings at different events such as weddings and have participated in art festivals and solo art shows.

I have a pretty diverse background from corporate to agency life, giving me a wide array of artistic skills and abilities.
